Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize distributed compute systems for AI workloads at scale.
• Monitor and maintain server fleet health, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop tools and automation for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in large-scale compute clusters using advanced diagnostics.
• Implement observability solutions for real-time monitoring and alerting.
• Optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency for GPU/CPU compute resources.
• Contribute to open-source projects and stay ahead of AI infrastructure trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on infrastructure or cloud computing.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or C++ for systems programming.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and large-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of AI/ML workloads, GPU acceleration, and compute optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
