Overview

Senior Software Engineer at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in Austin, TX. Design, develop, and operate scalable cloud services powering millions of users worldwide. Requires strong experience with Java/Python and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly scalable microservices using Java and Python.
• Build and optimize cloud-native applications on OCI platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define service architectures.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven systems.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of cloud services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Java and/or Python.
• Proven expertise in microservices and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and messaging systems.
