Overview

Solve complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence. Maintain Availability, Scalability, and Efficiency of Oracle Cloud Services. Solve complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence. Handle customer incident tickets and/or deploy software in test or production systems, and or perform testing on test systems or production systems. You will be required to do RCA and Problem Management when possible. It’s a critical role to help with availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services. Help manage Oracle standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems. If needed, help facilitate service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning. The role will also require to drive and execute Operational efficiency programs, Automations and strategy projects for Oracle products and services.
