Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect in Nursing to collaborate directly with clients at a prominent academic medical center in the Midwest. This largely remote role serves as the primary subject matter expert for optimization initiatives on existing nursing applications built on the Oracle Health Millennium platform. Occasional travel may be required, with a schedule accommodating 0800-1700 CST.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject matter expert and point person for nursing application optimizations on Oracle Health Millennium.
• Collaborate directly with clients to identify and implement workflow improvements.
• Lead build and configuration efforts for nursing modules within Millennium.
• Analyze current systems to recommend enhancements and resolve complex issues.
• Develop and document technical solutions aligned with clinical best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for client teams.
• Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment phases.
• Monitor system performance and support ongoing maintenance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Nursing analyst or Solution Architect with Oracle Health Millennium.
• Deep expertise in nursing workflows and electronic health record optimizations.
• Proven track record of client-facing consulting at medical centers.
• Strong technical skills in Millennium build, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare IT, or related field preferred.
