Oracle is hiring a Senior Specialist, HR Services with Japanese fluency to support our JAPAC operations in Singapore. In this role, you will deliver expert HR support, manage employee inquiries, and ensure seamless service for Japanese-speaking teams. Responsibilities

• Handle HR inquiries and provide resolutions for Japanese-speaking employees in JAPAC.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and status changes.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and compensation queries with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local Singapore and JAPAC HR regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with HR teams to deliver high-quality, timely services via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Oracle HR systems and databases.
• Escalate complex issues to senior HR partners and track resolution progress.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates for HR services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR services or shared services experience in a multinational environment.
• Native or fluent Japanese language skills (JLPT N1/N2) with excellent English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and Oracle HCM systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills with ability to handle high-volume inquiries.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience in Singapore HR compliance and JAPAC markets preferred.
