Overview

As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM/CSM) at Oracle in Hong Kong, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for key enterprise customers, ensuring optimal adoption and value realization of Oracle Cloud solutions. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues, drive product success, and foster long-term strategic partnerships. This role demands deep technical expertise and exceptional customer relationship skills to support Oracle's growth in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the trusted technical advisor for assigned strategic accounts, managing escalations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and architecture reviews to accelerate customer adoption of Oracle Cloud services.
  • Proactively identify risks, performance issues, and optimization opportunities in customer environments.
  • Collaborate with Oracle product teams to influence roadmap and deliver tailored solutions for customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account health scorecards, success plans, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Mentor junior TAMs and contribute to knowledge sharing within the APAC TAM team.
  • Drive renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities through demonstrated business value.
  • Stay current on Oracle technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or pre-sales engineering roles.
  • Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, SaaS/PaaS solutions, preferably with Oracle Cloud or similar (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Proven track record managing enterprise accounts in APAC, with strong understanding of Hong Kong market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with technical troubleshooting in production environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Professional) a plus.
