Job Description

Overview

As a Senior Technical Analyst - Support, you will deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base while advocating for customer needs. Your role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position based in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for Oracle products, resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Analyze and diagnose complex software and database problems using diagnostic tools.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to escalate and resolve critical bugs.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, scripts, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Deliver proactive support through customer workshops, webinars, and best practices.
  • Monitor support metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
  • Handle high-priority escalations and manage customer relationships during critical incidents.
  • Stay current with Oracle product releases and industry trends to provide expert guidance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, preferably with Oracle databases or applications.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with enterprise-level troubleshooting.
  • Superior communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
