Overview

Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team focuses on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative health solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for Oracle Health platform initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery of high-impact features.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define roadmaps and prioritize technical deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on program goals, risks, and dependencies across global teams.
• Implement agile methodologies and automation tools to streamline development processes.
• Monitor program health using KPIs, providing executive-level reporting and actionable insights.
• Mitigate risks and resolve blockers to maintain project momentum and quality standards.
• Foster partnerships with healthcare stakeholders to align technical solutions with industry needs.
• Mentor junior program managers and contribute to team process improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in cloud, healthcare, or enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex, large-scale programs with distributed teams.
• Deep expertise in agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, and program management tools.
• Strong technical acumen in cloud infrastructure, microservices, and healthcare standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence executives and stakeholders.
