Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale cloud infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics for OCI service initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across distributed systems and multi-tenant environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to resolve blockers and drive execution.
• Analyze data to optimize resource allocation and improve service reliability at scale.
• Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on program status and outcomes.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.
• Drive post-mortem reviews and implement lessons learned to enhance future program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or software engineering roles.
• Proven track record managing complex, distributed systems projects in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and high-availability services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies for program optimization.
