Overview

The Oracle Threat Intelligence Center (OTIC) tracks and monitors threat actors from cybercrime to APT groups impacting OCI and its customers. The Senior Threat Intelligence Investigator analyzes attacks, tracks IOCs and TTPs, supports incident response, executive communications, technical writing, and customer outreach. Responsibilities

• Track and analyze threat actors, including cybercrime and APT groups targeting OCI.
• Identify and document indicators of compromise (IOCs) and tactics, techniques, procedures (TTPs).
• Conduct in-depth attack analysis and attribution research.
• Support security incident response with actionable intelligence.
• Prepare executive briefings and threat reports.
• Author technical publications and whitepapers on emerging threats.
• Collaborate on customer outreach and threat notifications.
• Monitor dark web, threat feeds, and open-source intelligence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in threat intelligence, cybersecurity analysis, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of threat actor TTPs, malware analysis, and IOC hunting.
• Experience with SIEM tools, threat intelligence platforms (e.g., MISP, ThreatConnect).
• Strong research skills using OSINT, dark web, and forensic tools.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain security clearance; relevant certifications (e.g., GCTI, CTIA) preferred.
