Overview

Oracle Customer Success Service (CSS) provides specialized services to manage Oracle Cloud workloads and deliver tailored IT solutions for SaaS Applications and Cloud Technologies. As a Service Solution Architect in Mexico, you'll collaborate with Oracle business units to provide high-value solutions for customers' mission-critical platforms. Your role empowers sales teams with solutions and materials to address customer requirements and ensure seamless cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect cloud-based solutions for Oracle SaaS applications and technologies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored proposals addressing customer needs.
• Provide technical expertise on Oracle Cloud workloads and mission-critical platforms.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to prospects.
• Support customer success by optimizing cloud deployments and performance.
• Create solution documentation, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials.
• Work cross-functionally with Oracle business units to align on customer strategies.
• Stay updated on Oracle innovations to recommend cutting-edge cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture or IT consulting, preferably with Oracle technologies.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), SaaS applications, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Proven track record in solution sales consulting and customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Architect, AWS/Azure equivalents).
• Experience in Mexico market and understanding of local IT landscape preferred.
