Overview

Drive the renewal of Oracle's contracts to existing customers as a Services Renewal Representative III in Bogota, Colombia. Play a key role in retaining customer relationships and ensuring continued revenue through proactive renewal strategies. Collaborate with sales teams to maximize contract value and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of existing Oracle customer contracts.
• Proactively engage customers to understand needs and negotiate renewal terms.
• Analyze contract data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, account managers, and support teams to resolve renewal obstacles.
• Prepare and present renewal proposals, quotes, and pricing strategies.
• Track renewal pipeline, forecast accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle's renewal processes and contractual obligations.
• Achieve quarterly and annual renewal targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, renewals, or sales support.
• Proven track record in contract renewals within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
