We are currently hiring a Site Reliability Developer 3 for our team based in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring systems for production services using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment and operational processes.
• Perform root cause analysis of production incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Optimize system performance, capacity planning, and resource utilization across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve service reliability and reduce toil.
• Manage on-call rotations and incident response for 24/7 service availability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure as code deployments.
• Contribute to SRE best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or systems engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java for automation and tooling development.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker) and monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
