Overview

This role is responsible for performing global analytics and conducting market research in targeted metros and regions to identify site selection opportunities. The Site Selection Manager determines market rates, negotiates commercial terms with data center operators and stakeholders, and constructs complex lease agreements for large sites. Based in the United Kingdom, this position drives strategic real estate decisions for Oracle's data center expansion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct global analytics and market research in targeted metros and regions.
• Develop and identify site selection opportunities for data centers.
• Determine competitive market rates for leasing and acquisition.
• Negotiate commercial terms with data center operators and key stakeholders.
• Construct and negotiate complex lease agreements for large-scale sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in site selection, commercial real estate, or data center development.
• Proven track record in negotiating leases and commercial agreements.

• Knowledge of UK and global real estate markets and regulations.
