Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Manager of Cloud Product Management to lead our Dedicated Cloud Product Management Team in Nashville, TN (on-site). In this role, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for OCI's dedicated cloud offerings, collaborating with engineering, sales, and customers to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead the Dedicated Cloud Product Management Team, setting vision and strategy for OCI's dedicated infrastructure portfolio.
• Define and own the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact product releases on time.
• Engage with enterprise customers and partners to gather requirements, validate product direction, and drive adoption.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and maintain OCI's leadership in dedicated cloud.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch, including pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on KPIs, metrics, and success criteria for product performance.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of product managers in Nashville.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or IaaS/PaaS products.
• Proven track record leading product teams and launching successful enterprise cloud solutions.
• Deep understanding of dedicated cloud, bare metal, or hosted infrastructure offerings.
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, networking, and storage technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
