Overview

Oracle Life Sciences seeks a Senior Research Consultant with a PhD in health outcomes research to join our Real World Evidence Group's Health Outcomes Research team. Lead the design, analysis, and publication of studies using patient surveys, electronic health records, claims data, and large databases. Provide expert research consultation to internal teams and external clients across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of health outcomes studies, including patient surveys and real-world database analyses.
• Conduct statistical analyses on electronic health records, claims, and other large datasets.
• Author and publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
• Provide strategic research consultation to internal Oracle teams and external clients.
• Develop study protocols, analysis plans, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate real-world evidence into product strategies.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with health outcomes research methodologies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• PhD in health outcomes research, epidemiology, pharmacoeconomics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real-world evidence studies and health outcomes research.
• Proven expertise in designing and analyzing database studies (EHRs, claims data).
• Strong statistical programming skills (e.g., SAS, R, Python).
• Track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Excellent communication skills for consulting with clients and stakeholders.
