Position Overview

Oracle is seeking a talented Software Developer 3 to join our Fusion Marketing initiative in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This senior full-stack Java developer role focuses on building robust web applications with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering architecture and design solutions, guiding the team through technical challenges, and serving as a hands-on engineer to implement features on a daily basis.

This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects within Oracle's cloud ecosystem, contributing to scalable, enterprise-grade marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable full-stack web applications for the Fusion Marketing platform using Java, Spring Boot, and modern UI technologies.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend services.
• Implement responsive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks to deliver intuitive marketing experiences.
• Guide and mentor development teams by resolving complex technical blockers and providing architectural direction.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Oracle's best practices and coding standards.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them efficiently with Kubernetes in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and optimize application performance for enterprise-scale workloads.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, implementing robust solutions to ensure system reliability.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack Java developer building enterprise web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development with hands-on experience in microservices architecture.
• Expertise in frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
• Proven experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated ability to design software architecture and lead technical discussions to resolve challenges.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver features independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Oracle Fusion Applications or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of database technologies like Oracle Database, SQL, or NoSQL solutions.
• Previous leadership experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical teams.
• Certifications in Java, Spring, Kubernetes, or cloud technologies.
