The OCI Cluster Networking team at Oracle is seeking Software Developer 3s with strong NCCL and distributed systems experience. You will design and tune ultra-high-performance networks and software stacks scaling to hundreds of thousands of GPUs. Join us in Seattle, WA, to power cutting-edge AI/ML/HPC workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance networking architectures for GPU clusters.
• Optimize NCCL libraries for ultra-low latency communication.
• Tune distributed systems software for massive scale.
• Develop tools for cluster performance analysis and debugging.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to meet workload demands.
• Implement scalable solutions for HPC environments.
• Conduct performance benchmarking and profiling.
• Mentor junior engineers on networking best practices.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in distributed systems and high-performance computing.
• Strong expertise in NCCL, MPI, or similar collectives.
• Experience with GPU programming (CUDA, ROCm).
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and systems programming.
• Track record of optimizing network stacks at scale.
