Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable microservices for the CDA platform using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.
• Implement AI/ML-driven features to enhance clinical decision support and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CDA with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and low latency in healthcare environments.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a 24/7 healthcare setting.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps for CDA evolution.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in agile development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with Java and modern frameworks.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR) is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
