The AI Data Platform (AIDP) team at Oracle seeks a Principal Member of Technical Staff (Software Developer 4) in Bengaluru to design, develop, and implement OCI cloud solutions for distributed systems and data processing platforms. Candidates must have strong experience supporting cloud services with expertise in design and programming. Responsibilities include designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software for databases, applications, tools, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable OCI cloud solutions for distributed systems and data platforms.
• Develop high-performance software programs for databases, applications, and tools.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in cloud services and data processing pipelines.
• Implement robust networking solutions to support AIDP infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end cloud features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development for cloud or distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C++ with expertise in system design.
• Deep knowledge of OCI, AWS, or similar cloud platforms and microservices.
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), data processing, and networking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
