Oracle is seeking a Software Developer 4 to design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug Java software programs for the Helidon Java Framework. Responsibilities

• Design and architect Java-based components for the Helidon framework.
• Develop scalable microservices using Helidon MP and SE runtimes.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
• Implement unit, integration, and performance tests for software modules.
• Optimize code for cloud-native deployments on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Stay updated with Java ecosystem trends and contribute to open-source.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Deep expertise in Helidon Framework, MicroProfile, or reactive programming.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Jakarta EE, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in agile methodologies.
