Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance distributed systems for network automation at massive scale.
• Optimize system scalability, reliability, and latency in a multi-tenant cloud environment.
• Architect fault-tolerant services handling millions of requests per second.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver network infrastructure features.
• Drive performance tuning and troubleshooting of complex production issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives across the organization.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting for distributed systems.
• Contribute to open-source projects and represent OCI in industry forums.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development with large-scale distributed systems.
• Expertise in Java, Go, C++, or similar languages; strong systems programming skills.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols, SDN, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record building highly available, scalable services in production.
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and CI/CD pipelines.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent; strong problem-solving abilities.
