Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance Generative AI models and services.
• Implement scalable microservices using Java, Python, and cloud-native technologies.
• Optimize AI inference pipelines for low latency and high throughput.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate LLMs into production systems.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in software engineering.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in distributed systems.
• Contribute to open-source AI projects and internal tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong CS fundamentals.
• Expertise in Java, Python, and machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and REST/gRPC APIs.
• Proven track record with large-scale AI/ML systems in production.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
