Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud services for logging, monitoring, and events.
• Build resilient distributed systems using microservices architecture.
• Optimize system performance and reliability at massive scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define service requirements.
• Implement observability features including metrics, traces, and logs.
• Drive technical innovation in cloud-native observability solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure service availability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience in distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Go, or C++ with cloud-native development.
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proven track record of building high-scale production services.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
