We seek a highly motivated, team-oriented Software Developer 5 to build next-generation Clinical Applications and Intelligent Automation services as modern, scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack cloud-native applications for clinical workflows and intelligent automation.
• Build highly scalable, reliable, and secure services using modern technologies and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.
• Implement and optimize APIs, databases, and real-time data processing systems.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• Integrate AI/ML models into clinical applications for intelligent decision support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in high-availability environments.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical roadmaps and architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with healthcare standards (HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR) is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
