Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI-driven healthcare agents using advanced machine learning frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agent solutions into Oracle Health platforms.
• Optimize agent performance for real-time clinical decision support and patient engagement.
• Implement secure, compliant systems adhering to HIPAA and global healthcare regulations.
• Lead architectural decisions for multi-agent systems handling complex healthcare workflows.
• Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and performance tuning of agent-based applications.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps for healthcare innovation.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to enhance agent capabilities in diagnostics and care delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with expertise in Java, Python, or Scala.
• Proven track record building AI/ML systems, preferably in healthcare or enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative settings.
