Oracle is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a team of 8-10 engineers in the United States. You will oversee the design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of software programs powering our cutting-edge GenAI Agent service. Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 8-10 software engineers focused on GenAI Agent services.
• Lead the design and architecture of scalable software programs for AI-driven applications.
• Oversee development processes, ensuring high-quality code delivery and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define project roadmaps.
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and technical assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in management roles.
• Proven expertise in designing and building AI/ML systems, especially GenAI services.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages and cloud platforms (OCI, AWS).
• Experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and software debugging tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
