Responsibilities

• Lead a team of senior software engineers in designing scalable GPU infrastructure architectures.
• Drive development of health monitoring and diagnostic services for large-scale GPU clusters.
• Implement triage automation to optimize GPU workload performance and reliability.
• Architect networking solutions leveraging RoCE and Infiniband for AI/ML/HPC environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver strategic roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in distributed computing systems.
• Engage with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in senior management roles.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, GPU computing, and high-performance networking (RoCE/Infiniband).
• Proven track record leading teams on large-scale AI/ML or HPC projects.
• Strong proficiency in C++, Python, or Java for systems-level programming.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker) and monitoring tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
