Overview

Lead the organization with first-level management team and senior individual contributors at Oracle in Bengaluru. Support teams in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs for Cloud/Storage services. Drive innovation to support Operations and the Block customer base.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor first-level managers and senior ICs to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee design and development of scalable Cloud/Storage service software.
• Guide troubleshooting and debugging efforts for high-impact issues.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support Block customer base through reliable, performant solutions.
• Drive strategic roadmap for cloud storage innovations.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for development projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software development, with 8+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in Cloud/Storage services and distributed systems.
• Proven track record leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong experience with software design, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
