Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing engineering team focused on AI platform development and operations.
• Define technical vision and roadmap for scalable AI data platform components.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years managing engineering teams.
• Strong experience in cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) and scalable systems.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure, data platforms, or distributed systems.
• Proven track record leading platform development in high-growth environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
