Responsibilities

• Lead software development teams building OCI Multicloud features and services.
• Drive architecture and design for large-scale, distributed cloud systems.
• Mentor engineers, foster innovation, and ensure high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage project delivery, timelines, and resources for complex initiatives.
• Apply cloud expertise to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Champion best practices in agile development and DevOps processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development with 5+ years in cloud (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven track record managing senior engineering teams at scale.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and growing talent.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
