Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to integrate AI into core products.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security in all AI implementations.
• Drive agile methodologies, including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while optimizing performance and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in senior management roles.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML technologies, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Strong background in healthcare software development and domain knowledge.
• Experience leading teams in cloud environments like Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
