Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of software developers and operators focused on AI compute host management.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of enhancements to OCI's AI compute infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and reliability of AI host systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and cloud operations.
• Define roadmaps, set priorities, and drive execution of strategic initiatives for AI compute.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive optimizations.
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Report on key metrics, risks, and achievements to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development and operations, with 5+ years in management.
• Proven track record leading teams in cloud infrastructure or AI/ML compute environments.
• Deep expertise in OCI, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms and host management.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, virtualization, and container orchestration.
• Experience with AI/ML workloads, GPU/TPU management, and high-performance computing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
