Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Define technical vision and roadmap for cloud security and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle, from design to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and architecture, to align on priorities.
• Drive code quality, scalability, and performance improvements in OCI services.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and delivery timelines for multiple initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Champion best practices in agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing engineering teams in cloud or distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in Java, Python, or Go, and modern cloud technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles, networking, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Excellent communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
