Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Oracle SCM applications.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting key accounts in supply chain sectors.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase SCM solution capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with pre-sales teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position Oracle effectively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success in SCM solutions.
• Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas in Latin American markets.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain management processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience with Oracle products or similar ERP/SCM platforms highly desirable.
