Overview

The Solution Area/Tech Lead - Oracle Health will collaborate with multiple organizations to design and document integration solutions between Oracle Health Millennium and other medical systems. This role focuses on leading technical efforts to ensure seamless interoperability in healthcare environments. Based in Arlington, VA, the position demands expertise in Oracle Health technologies and strong cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect integration solutions between Oracle Health Millennium and external medical systems.
• Document technical specifications, APIs, and integration workflows for stakeholder review.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing and testing healthcare integrations.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to gather requirements and resolve integration challenges.
• Develop and maintain integration interfaces using HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers on Oracle Health projects.
• Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance in production environments.
• Stay updated on Oracle Health updates and emerging healthcare integration trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Health Millennium integrations.
• Proficiency in HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards.
• Strong knowledge of API development, middleware, and ETL processes.
• Experience leading technical teams in enterprise healthcare projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
