Responsibilities

• Process and review accounts payable invoices in Spanish and Portuguese for AMER regions.
• Handle expense reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Oracle policies.
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve Source-to-Settle discrepancies and queries.
• Perform data validation, vendor communication, and payment processing in multiple languages.
• Analyze expense trends and provide insights to optimize processes.
• Support month-end close activities and audit requirements.
• Train and mentor junior team members on language-specific tasks.
• Utilize Oracle systems to maintain high-quality financial records.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (written and spoken) required; English proficiency preferred.
• 2+ years of accounts payable or expense reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Settle processes and ERP systems (Oracle experience a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a night shift (AMER hours) environment.
