Job Description

Overview

The Specialist Technical Account Manager (TAM) - Financial Services partners with customer project and leadership teams to develop and execute strategies using Oracle products, especially OCI (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), GCP, AWS, and Azure. Acts as a trusted technical advisor and liaison between customers and Oracle's implementation, support, and development teams. Drives best practices to maximize the value of Oracle products, both on-premises and in Oracle Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle OCI (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) and multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Partner with customer leadership to influence strategy development and execution.
  • Serve as technical liaison between customers and Oracle implementation teams.
  • Collaborate with Oracle support and development teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Implement best practices for on-premises and Oracle Cloud deployments.
  • Enhance customer value realization from Oracle products in Financial Services.
  • Conduct technical workshops and advisory sessions for customer teams.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud adoption, performance, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in technical account management or pre-sales engineering.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and hybrid/multi-cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Services industry requirements and regulations.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle on-premises solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
