As a SQL & Unix Systems Analyst in Delivery & Customer Support, you will join the Customer Success Services (CSS) team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You will provide post-sales support, deliver solutions, and advocate for customer needs to ensure exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot SQL database issues for Oracle customers.
• Develop and execute Unix shell scripts to automate support processes.
• Provide timely post-sales technical support and resolution for customer queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations using SQL and Unix tools.
• Document support cases, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Advocate for customer needs internally to drive product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SQL database administration and querying.
• Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Experience supporting Oracle products or similar enterprise software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-facing communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Hyderabad.
