Responsibilities

• Oversee all data center operations, including infrastructure management and uptime optimization.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure seamless cloud service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies for scalable data center expansion.
• Monitor and optimize power, cooling, and network performance for efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement for hardware and services.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with software teams to align infrastructure with product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center operations or IT infrastructure management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale data centers and cloud environments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams.
• Expertise in server hardware, networking, and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or similar platforms preferred.
