We are seeking an experienced Sr. Data Center Manager to lead teams building and supporting Oracle's cloud data centers in Abilene, TX. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams responsible for data center construction, operations, and maintenance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for data center infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of cloud data center services.
• Develop and execute strategies for capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party contracts for equipment and services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
• Implement and enforce safety, security, and compliance standards in data center operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in data center operations, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing large-scale cloud or enterprise data centers.
• Strong technical knowledge of server hardware, networking, storage, and virtualization.
• Excellent people management skills with experience leading diverse teams.
• Business acumen with expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
