Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a dynamic Senior Director of Facility Operations to lead operations for its NNN leased data center sites across North America. This role ensures reliable, compliant, and optimized performance of third-party operated properties housing OCI’s mission-critical infrastructure. The leader drives operational excellence, team leadership, vendor management, and high standards for security, uptime, efficiency, community engagement, and site commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of NNN leased data centers to ensure 99.99%+ uptime and operational reliability.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of facility operations professionals across North America.
• Manage strategic relationships with landlords, vendors, and third-party operators to optimize performance and costs.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and KPIs aligned with OCI's mission-critical standards.
• Drive site commissioning, expansions, and optimizations to support OCI's rapid growth.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and environmental standards across portfolio sites.
• Foster community engagement and manage local stakeholder relationships for seamless operations.
• Collaborate with OCI engineering, finance, and legal teams on strategic facility initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data center or critical facilities operations, with 8+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing NNN leased or third-party operated data center portfolios at scale.
• Deep expertise in data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, security, and compliance.
• Strong vendor and contract management skills with P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
