Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver OCI Dedicated Cloud and Oracle Alloy programs on time and within budget.
• Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Drive customer success by ensuring high-quality deployments and ongoing support.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to align on priorities and execution.
• Develop and track program roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs using agile methodologies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide executive-level reporting and communicate program status effectively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in cloud infrastructure or enterprise software.
• Proven track record managing complex, high-stakes programs with $10M+ budgets.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, IaaS/PaaS, and enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in program management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana) and methodologies (PMP, Agile, SAFe).
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills at executive levels.
