Overview

As a Sr. Manager of Overlay Program Management, you will grow and lead the Overlay Programs team within OCI. This team designs, executes, and governs cross-cutting initiatives across OCI organizations to ensure consistency and accelerate adoption of best practices, processes, and key technology frameworks. Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Overlay Programs team focused on cross-OCI initiatives.
• Design and execute overlay programs that enhance consistency across OCI organizations.
• Establish governance frameworks for program execution and risk management.
• Collaborate with OCI leaders to align initiatives with business priorities and technology roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of best practices, standardized processes, and key technology frameworks.
• Monitor program performance, metrics, and outcomes to ensure delivery of strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation in program management.
• Manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications for complex overlay programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in cloud or enterprise technology environments.
• Strong expertise in designing and governing overlay or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with executive-level communication abilities.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's or MBA a plus.
