As a Sr. Network Reliability Developer in Nashville, TN, you'll ensure network reliability at scale (Career Level - IC3).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-reliability network systems for OCI's global infrastructure.
• Develop tools and automation to monitor and maintain network performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network outages in production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize network architecture for hyper-scale demands.
• Build fault-tolerant systems to achieve 99.99%+ uptime for mission-critical services.
• Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning for network resources.
• Contribute to on-call rotations for rapid incident response and post-mortems.
• Mentor junior developers and drive reliability best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or SRE roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or similar for automation and tooling.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP) and SDN.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or OCI preferred).
• Proven track record in production systems at scale with high availability focus.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
