Overview

As a Sr. Oracle SCM Functional Specialist in Global SaaS & Apps Delivery, you will serve as the Lead Techno-Functional Analyst for Oracle SCM Cloud. Deliver proactive support, implement innovative solutions, and manage risks to ensure customer success. Drive optimization of supply chain processes in a dynamic, cloud-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle SCM Cloud modules for global customers.
• Provide proactive Level 3 support, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring system stability.
• Analyze business requirements and design techno-functional solutions aligned with SCM best practices.
• Manage risk assessments, change control, and compliance for Oracle SaaS deployments.
• Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCM with finance, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Perform system testing, UAT coordination, and deployment activities for enhancements.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend optimizations for cloud-based SCM operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementations and support.
• Functional expertise in Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management).
• Proven techno-functional skills with SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle PaaS tools.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and SaaS delivery methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field; Oracle certifications preferred.
