Overview

The Advanced Customer Support team of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services seeks a Sr Principal Consultant with experience in Software, Services, or Technology verticals such as Advertising, Media, or Publishing. Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical support for NetSuite ERP implementations in Software, Services, and Technology industries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues for high-value customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and best practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize future issues.
• Provide expert guidance on NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, and SuiteCommerce.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge base development.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and ensure optimal system performance.
• Stay current with NetSuite updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting, preferably with NetSuite or similar cloud platforms.
• Proven expertise in Software, Services, or Technology verticals (Advertising, Media, Publishing preferred).
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite configuration, SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive-level interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; certifications a plus.
