Join the new Software Assurance Gateways team to develop and operate integrated cloud services that optimize customer workloads. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-scale gateway services for OCI's multi-tenant cloud platform.
• Build and maintain software to ensure security, reliability, and performance of cloud assurance gateways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate gateways with OCI services and customer ecosystems.
• Optimize services for low-latency, high-throughput operations in distributed environments.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and automation for operational excellence at scale.
• Drive innovation in gateway architectures to support evolving cloud security and compliance needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team best practices and code reviews.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience in cloud infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Expertise in Java, Go, or C++ with strong knowledge of scalable service design.
• Proven track record building and operating high-scale, mission-critical services.
• Deep understanding of networking, security, and multi-tenant cloud architectures.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
