We seek a Sr Principal Software Engineer with expertise in Public Cloud SaaS, PaaS services, and cloud engineering infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable cloud-native healthcare applications and infrastructure.
• Lead development of high-performance SaaS and PaaS services in multi-tenant environments.
• Optimize systems for reliability, availability, and performance at massive scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver cloud engineering roadmaps.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the organization.
• Implement secure, compliant solutions for healthcare data and applications.
• Drive innovation in cloud infrastructure to support healthcare workload demands.
• Contribute to open-source projects and industry standards in cloud computing.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience in cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in Public Cloud SaaS/PaaS services (OCI, AWS, Azure).
• Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure development and DevOps practices.
• Experience building distributed systems for high-scale healthcare applications.
• Advanced skills in Java, Go, Python, or similar languages.
• Proven track record leading complex technical projects to production.
