Oracle is seeking a Sr Principal Systems Analyst to provide expert support for SaaS, Fusion, and Finance solutions in São Paulo, SP, Brazil. Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Oracle SaaS, Fusion Cloud, and Finance modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in production environments.
• Analyze system performance and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams to replicate and fix customer-reported defects.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, scripts, and knowledge base articles.
• Monitor system health using diagnostic tools and implement proactive solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems analysis or support, with focus on Oracle SaaS/Fusion.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database technologies.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and incident management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; strong communication skills required.
